ECDC is always looking an opportunity to build the capacity of our family members since the beginning. Some of these trainings are:

o TEACCH Training

Ms. Betty, senior autism education expert from Singapore, visit our Centre and delivered TEACCH training for our Teachers, Therapist and Social Worker. Online virtual training start from 3rd march to 7th March, 2025 and in person training at Eden Centre start from 10th March to 14th March, 2025.

This training was organized by our partner ‘Silver Lining Foundation (SLF)’ to start Conductive Education class room for children with ‘autism spectrum disorder (ASD)’. This new teaching method is very effective for children with not only ASD but also other learning disabilities as well.

This technique is new for Eden and hope that we can continuously learn, apply and share with other service provision center in coming day to benefit more and more children. We really thank for teacher Batty and ‘Silver Lining Foundation (SLF)’, our partner. Last few years ago Eden Centre had learned ‘Conductive Education (CE)’ approach from our partner and currently using this effective technique for children with cerebral palsy. This TEACCH approach is a continuation of this learning. Eden is really blessed to have a chance to learn new approaches to benefit more children with disabilities in the country.
